Dear Nucleus Intercom Customer, My name is Avi Rosman and I am the CEO of NucleusCare. Firstly, I hope that you and your loved ones are navigating the current pandemic in good health and peace of mind. As you are probably aware, the Nucleus intercom system is no longer available for sale and we have since pivoted the business to the NucleusCare offering. We are no longer able to offer updates and support to the Nucleus software. As with any technology, if you do not regularly update and support the platform, it begins to experience issues. Currently, the NucleusCare business is supporting the older Nucleus platform. This comes at a very significant cost to our business and unfortunately, we can no longer continue to financially support the Nucleus Intercom System. We value all of our customers who chose to buy our original platform. Many of you have reached out to ask us to change over to our NucleusCare platform.
